New Hope Cathedral exists to be exactly that — not a building people visit on Sundays, but a house where God's presence is welcomed, honored, and made known. Everything on this campus, from Sunday worship to Wednesday Bible study to the ministries that run all week, points back to that one vision.
Seek & Save
Before anything else, New Hope is an evangelistic church. We believe the Gospel isn't meant to stay inside these walls — it's meant to go after the people who haven't heard it yet. From altar calls in every service to outreach across Henry County, New Hope actively pursues the lost rather than waiting for them to show up. Salvation isn't a program here; it's the starting point for everything else.
Edify Believers
Getting saved is the beginning, not the finish line. New Hope is built to grow people up — through Sunday teaching, Wednesday Midweek Bible Study, discipleship classes, and a Morning Prayer Call that opens every weekday at 6:00 AM. We train believers to know the Word, apply it, and lead with it, so faith here isn't inherited — it's owned.
Bring Hope
New Hope carries its name into every room it enters. That shows up in Bishop Leaphart-Mack's role as Senior Chaplain of the Stockbridge Police Department, in civic town halls hosted on the church's own football field, and in members who take what they've learned inside these walls and put it to work in their neighborhoods, workplaces, and families. Hope isn't meant to stay on the campus. It's meant to move.
