What Is R.A.M. Ministries?
R.A.M. Ministries — Richard Angelo Mack Ministries — is an apostolic fellowship founded by Bishop Dr. Richard Leaphart-Mack. It exists to provide counsel, encouragement, wisdom and spiritual oversight to independent pastors and ministries, while explicitly preserving each ministry's autonomy. R.A.M. describes itself as not a denomination.
Strengthening Pastors, Preserving Autonomy
R.A.M.'s vision is to surround independent pastors with wise, seasoned counsel and genuine encouragement — without requiring them to surrender the autonomy of their own ministries. It functions as a fellowship of relationship and support, not a governing denomination.
A Lineage of Covering
Bishop Leaphart-Mack's own ministry passed through a recognizable lineage of spiritual covering — licensed and ordained under Bishop George Hoke at All Nations Church of God in 1997, then under Bishop Eddie L. Long and The Father's House Ministry beginning in December 2002. R.A.M. Ministries and his role in the Kingdom International Consortium represent the next chapter of that lineage, as he now extends covering and mentorship to others.

Through R.A.M. Ministries and the Kingdom International Consortium, Bishop Leaphart-Mack maintains relationships with independent pastors and ministries beyond New Hope's own congregation, reflecting an influence that extends into pastoral mentorship and church-leadership relationships across the region.
