What happens on a Sunday morning at New Hope Cathedral is the visible result of a great deal of work that happens quietly, all week long. New Hope is supported by a dedicated team of administrative personnel, ministry assistants, office staff, volunteers, and other faithful servants who help facilitate the daily operations and ministries of the church.
This team manages the details that make ministry possible — scheduling, communications, facilities, hospitality, finance, and the countless small tasks that a growing cathedral campus requires. They answer the phones, prepare the bulletins, coordinate the volunteers, maintain the building, and support every ministry department so that pastors and ministry leaders are free to shepherd, teach, and lead.
Their work is rarely seen from the pews, but it is felt in every well-run service, every answered email, and every detail that lets a visitor feel welcome from the moment they arrive. New Hope Cathedral is deeply grateful for this team — their faithfulness is a ministry in its own right, and this house would not run without them.
