The women's ministries of New Hope Cathedral are developed under the direct leadership of Executive Pastor and First Lady Synetra Leaphart-Mack. Every program, every gathering, and every conversation is built on the same conviction she carries daily: women are called to lead, not just support — in the church, at home, and in their communities.
Fragrance of Hope is the core fellowship ministry for the women of New Hope — a space where women grow in faith, build real friendship, and are pushed toward the fullness of who God made them to be.

Women of the Word
Once a year, the women of New Hope Cathedral gather for Women of the Word — a conference built around the stories of Scripture's most formidable women: Ruth, Naomi, Esther, Hannah, Sarah, and Deborah. Each of these women faced loss, waiting, injustice, or impossible odds — and each one became a picture of what faith looks like under pressure. Women of the Word is a call to walk in that same strength.
Expect powerful teaching, worship, and a room full of women who refuse to shrink back. This is one of the highlight events on New Hope's calendar every year.
