Kidz Kare exists to give the children of New Hope Cathedral a place to learn who God is, in language and settings built for their age and stage. This isn't babysitting. It's ministry — led by trained, background-checked volunteers who take the spiritual formation of your child as seriously as you do.
From the moment a family walks onto our 11-acre Stockbridge campus, Kidz Kare is ready. Every classroom is staffed, every check-in point is secured, and every teacher is there because they're called to disciple the next generation — not just occupy them for an hour.

Check-In
Before service
Arrive at either the 8:45 AM Connections hour or the 10:00 AM Worship service and check your child in at the Kidz Kare station. Every child receives a matched security tag — only the parent or guardian with the matching claim ticket can pick them up.
Age-Grouped Rooms
Nursery through elementary
Kids are placed with peers their own age, in classrooms built for their developmental stage — from our youngest nursery children through elementary-age kids, each group gets teaching and activities designed specifically for them.
Bible-Centered Teaching
Every single week
Kids don't just hear stories — they learn Scripture, memorize truth, and are taught to apply it. Our volunteers teach with consistency week to week, so children build real biblical literacy over time, not just isolated lessons.
Care you can trust, without exception.
Every Kidz Kare volunteer is screened, trained, and held to a strict standard before ever stepping into a classroom. Our check-in and check-out system means a child never leaves with anyone other than the guardian who dropped them off. Classrooms are staffed at safe ratios, and our team is trained to handle allergies, medical needs, and emergencies calmly and immediately. Parents can worship at 10:00 AM Sunday Worship — or take the Connections Class at 8:45 AM — with total confidence that their kids are cared for, taught, and safe the entire time.
