A Track Record of Gathering Leaders

New Hope doesn't just hold services. It builds leaders.

Beyond Sunday

A House That Trains, Not Just Gathers

Bishop Leaphart-Mack's ministry has never stopped at the walls of the Stockbridge campus. As an Ambassador within The Father's House Ministry under Bishop Eddie L. Long, and later as Assistant Presiding Bishop within the Kingdom International Consortium, he built a reputation for developing pastors and leaders — not only preaching to them. That reputation shows up on New Hope's calendar every year, in conferences built to equip the people who lead others: pastors, ministry heads, and women of faith standing on the front lines of their own callings.

Elevate 2.0 Pastor and Leadership Conference at New Hope Cathedral

Elevate 2.0 Pastor & Leadership Conference

Held January 22–23, 2026 at the Stockbridge campus, Elevate 2.0 is Bishop Leaphart-Mack's flagship gathering for pastors and ministry leaders — a direct extension of the mentorship role he's carried since his years as an Ambassador within The Father's House Ministry. The conference is built to sharpen leadership, strengthen vision, and connect pastors who are often isolated in their own assignments with a community of leaders carrying the same weight. It's not a spectator event. Attendees leave with tools, not just inspiration.

Kings and Priests Conference leadership gathering

Kings and Priests Conference

Kings and Priests calls believers into the dual identity described in Scripture — royal authority paired with priestly devotion. Hosted at New Hope with Bishop Leaphart-Mack leading the charge, the conference pushes attendees past a spectator faith and into the governing, ministering identity Scripture assigns every believer. It's a conference built around conviction: that the church is not meant to be passive, and neither are the people who fill it.

Women of the Word

New Hope's annual women's conference is built around the stories of Ruth, Naomi, Esther, Hannah, Sarah, and Deborah — women whose faith is examined not as background material, but as a working model for the women in the room. Women of the Word gathers year after year to study these figures in depth, connecting their obedience, courage, and perseverance to the real decisions New Hope's women are facing today.

The Pattern

Leaders Producing Leaders

Across every conference New Hope has hosted, the pattern holds: this is a church that trains people to carry weight, not just attend service. That commitment runs directly from Bishop Leaphart-Mack's own formation — ordained in 1997, appointed Assistant Pastor in 1998, mentored as a spiritual son under Bishop Eddie L. Long, and now positioned as Assistant Presiding Bishop within the Kingdom International Consortium. He builds leaders because he was built by leaders. Every conference on New Hope's calendar is an extension of that conviction.
