Bishop Dr. Richard Leaphart-Mack
Founded New Hope in his own home in July 2001, guided by a conviction rooted in Habakkuk 2:2. Today he also serves as Senior Chaplain of the Stockbridge Police Department, Founder of R.A.M. Ministries, and Assistant Presiding Bishop within the Kingdom International Consortium.

New Hope Cathedral is supported by a dedicated team of administrative personnel, ministry assistants, office staff, volunteers, and other faithful servants who help facilitate the daily operations and ministries of the church. From the details of Sunday morning to the quiet work that happens Monday through Saturday, this team keeps New Hope running with excellence — often without recognition, always with heart. Their service is a ministry in its own right, and New Hope is grateful for every hand that makes this house run.
