Bishop Dr. Richard Leaphart-Mack
Originally from Jersey City, New Jersey, Bishop Leaphart-Mack was licensed and ordained in 1997 by Bishop George Hoke at All Nations Church of God, and appointed Assistant Pastor there in January 1998. In July 2001, he founded New Hope in his own home — a ministry that has since grown into a 55,000-square-foot cathedral campus.
He is currently identified as Founder and Senior Pastor of New Hope Cathedral, Senior Chaplain of the Stockbridge Police Department, founder of R.A.M. Ministries, and Assistant Presiding Bishop within the Kingdom International Consortium under Presiding Primate Bishop Eric Garnes.

A Campus That Serves Henry County
New Hope's 11-acre Stockbridge campus has hosted more than Sunday worship. In 2020, Henry County District V Commissioner Bruce Holmes held a public town hall there with School Superintendent Dr. Mary Elizabeth Davis and Pastor Richard Leaphart — on the football field behind the church.
Bishop Leaphart-Mack also serves as Senior Chaplain of the Stockbridge Police Department, providing pastoral and spiritual support to officers, their families, and the wider community.
